Sales Tax Specialists in Northern Hamburg Are Looking for Support
We are a team of 12 employees and are looking to grow further. That’s where you come in!
Your responsibilities:
- Preparing VAT returns (periodic filings and annual returns)
- Answering specific inquiries regarding VAT and customs
- Conducting technical research
- Preparing client newsletters and presentations on current VAT topics
- Assisting with major projects (Tax CMS, transactions, litigation proceedings)
What you bring to the table:
A willingness to specialize in VAT is essential for a successful future with our firm. You should hold a degree in Law, Business Administration, or *Diplom-Finanzwirt* (Fiscal Administration). Knowledge of VAT law is indispensable—the more, the better! Basic knowledge of customs law, vocational training as a tax clerk (*Steuerfachangestellter*), or having passed the tax advisor exam are advantages but not prerequisites. Proficiency in English and a flair for writing (e.g., expert opinions) and working with numbers are just as important as an interest in working independently.
